Melbourne, you can guess I don’t like to do things in halves… I’m all in. This summer we’re paying homage to some of the most iconic bar eats & signature cocktails from across the globe, with recipes straight from the horse’s mouth – with good friends in international cities, I’ll be serving up dishes from world famous bars in New York City, to London, to Paris.
